Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Primary Care Scheduler to join our team at Compass Health Network. As a Primary Care Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule new and returning patient appointments, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely manner and that schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage Patient Flow: Coordinate with medical providers and staff to ensure that patients are seen in the correct order and that schedules are adjusted as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Manage Schedules: Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for medical providers and staff, ensuring that schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Staff: Work closely with department and front desk staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and Manage Appointments: Monitor and manage appointment requests, reminders, cancellations, and reschedules through Phreesia software.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Experience with Multi-Line Phone System: Preferred
  • Medical Office Experience: Preferred
