Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to veterans, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of chronic and acute health conditions
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of health issues, including but not limited to, hypertension, diabetes, and mental health conditions
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
  • Participate in educational activities to promote health and wellness among patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
Requirements
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
