Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including episodic, preventive, and primary health care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, taking into account their unique needs and health goals.
- Conduct physical exams, health-risk assessments, and history reviews to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Refer patients to appropriate medical resources or specialty providers as needed, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Participate in the development of annual Health and Wellness Center goals and objectives, aligning with the company's vision and mission.
- Provide clinical leadership to medical assistants, patient advocates, and clinical directors, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Support, lead, and model the company's vision, mission, and values, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- 1+ years post-residency experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Current and valid state medical license.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and available patient resources, including HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
- Current BLS or ACLS certification.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
- Long-Term Disability Insurance and Life Insurance at no cost.

- Licensure fees (state and DEA) for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
