Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Management Intern at Walgreens. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and contributing to the success of our pharmacy and clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Assist with registering sales, handling customer complaints, and reporting issues to management.
- Support store operations by learning from store, pharmacy, and district managers, and participating in kick-off and day of service activities.
- Contribute to inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and liquidating stock.
- Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean and neat store appearance.
- Participate in weekly meetings with store managers and pharmacy managers.
- Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Student beginning or completing senior year towards a Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of store inventory control.
