Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

Danny's Detail is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to our field management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to our field management team, including communication, workflow management, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files.
  • Investigate employee concerns and implement resolution steps.
  • Assist with the preparation and deployment of internal company documents, discipline documents, terminations, policies, and acknowledgments.
  • Update and maintain department communications and spreadsheets.
  • Process and verify accuracy of workers' compensation claims, incidents, or occurrences.
  • Answer frequently asked questions from current and potential staff relative to policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual, with Spanish required.
  • Effective written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to organize, prioritize, and reorder workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and high levels of professionalism.
