Job Overview

Elam Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting with clients to determine their home wishlist, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist and meet their needs
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Attend team meetings at our Murfreesboro office to collaborate with your team
