Compensation:
$125,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Always be appointment ready as our leads are often ready to look at homes right away
- Attend team meetings at our Murfreesboro office to collaborate with your team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Self-motivation and drive
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- A strong work ethic and solid morals
- Adaptable personality and strong communication skills
