Experienced Sales Professional Wanted

At Tennessee Sign Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and converting sales leads into clients, with a strong understanding of the Sign and Graphic Sales industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing profitable sales revenues, improving our sales process to meet annual revenue goals, and achieving predictable gross profit margin objectives. They will also coordinate the sales process with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Generating and converting sales leads into clients

Requirements for the role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with a commercial use rider
- Minimum of three years experience in Sales or Estimator role for a company of comparable size
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to present and speak in public
- Ability to exercise integrity and think strategically
