Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Excellent track record of kitchen and staff management, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to think critically and respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs, including MS Office and restaurant management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
