We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to work in our office.

The Account Manager will be responsible for working with customers, producers, insurers, partners, and other team members to help service existing clients and provide support for new customers on all commercial line coverages.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS Degree with at least one year of experience in the field of Property and Casualty insurance or a combination of work and/or education.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Issuing Certificates of Insurance, Binders, Policies, and Endorsements in carrier and agency systems.
  • Negotiating coverage, premium, and terms for new and renewal accounts.
  • Working with partner Wholesale Brokers to secure and service policies, endorsements, audits, and billing.
  • Reviewing policy documents for accuracy and distribution.
  • Assisting clients, producers, insurers, and team members with daily email, fax, and phone communication in all areas of policies, endorsements, premium audits, accounting/billing, premium financing, coordination of claims/loss control services.
  • Attending required training sessions or Continuing Education courses to maintain up-to-date skills and licensing requirements.
