About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Gallery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily sales executive rotations and specialty rotations, ensuring seamless execution and accurate tracking.
  • Check in guests and owners for sales presentations, assigning Sales Executives with precise codes and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Manage phone calls, directing them to the appropriate extension number and providing timely assistance.
  • Monitor and track daily attendance and training attendance, maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct inventory and stock kitchen supplies, including food, coffee, juice, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and soda, to maintain a well-stocked environment.
  • Assist with extra premiums for all departments, reconciling nightly and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Perform various tasks as requested by management, utilizing your skills and abilities to support the team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A warm and welcoming smile, along with a professional demeanor, to greet guests and team members.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, with proficiency in various software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months or more of experience working in the timeshare industry, with a deep understanding of the area and its attractions.
