Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, Financial Advisors, and internal departments, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • New Client Onboarding: Complete new client onboarding and service requests for existing clients, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with Financial Advisors and internal departments.
  • Operational Support: Submit cases into workflow and follow through to funding, managing CRM and pipeline entry, and sustaining expertise on operational processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Understanding of Financial Services: Possess a solid understanding of general banking and wealth management services.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, Financial Advisors, and internal departments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Salesforce a plus.
  • Self-Motivation and Organization: Possess self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Continuously exhibit personal integrity, professional initiative, and adaptability to change, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with teammates, business partners, and specialists.
Education and Certifications
  • College Degree or Equivalent: A college degree in a business-related field is preferred, or a High School Degree/GED with a minimum of 3 or more years of industry experience.
  • Professional Licenses: A combination of Life and Health, Series 6, and/or Life and Health, SIE licenses is required, with the ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 within a specific timeframe.
