Clinical Nurse Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care for our patients and residents on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and their families to formulate effective care strategies.
* Set achievable, measurable short-term and long-term patient objectives, implementing interventions as necessary to reduce hospital readmissions while continuously assessing outcomes.
* Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments in accordance with physician directives.
* Assign patient care duties to staff members and oversee their execution to ensure proper implementation of tasks and interventions.
* Relay patient information effectively among assigned staff and across shifts.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- Preferred experience of one to three years as a Registered Nurse in a relevant environment.
- To ensure the safety and health of our patients, residents, employees, and the community, a universal COVID-19 vaccination requirement is in place for all staff and onsite vendors.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $34 - $42 per hour
