Clinical Medication Specialist
We are currently in search of a skilled and committed Clinical Medication Specialist to become a part of our esteemed team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc.

In this role, you will be essential in delivering superior pharmaceutical care to our patients while working closely with the healthcare team to guarantee safe and effective medication management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to formulate and execute patient-specific medication therapy plans.
2. Conduct thorough medication evaluations, analyze drug interactions, and suggest suitable interventions to enhance medication therapy.
3. Provide comprehensive drug information and education to healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.
4. Monitor patient responses to medications, adjust dosages as necessary, and offer guidance on potential side effects or adverse reactions.
5. Engage in medication reconciliation processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving medication safety.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of evidence-based pharmacy protocols and guidelines.
7. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to medication management.
8. Participate in the training and mentoring of pharmacy students and residents.
Qualifications
Preferred:
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in the respective state.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
