Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Malibu Events Promotion. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints: Address customer complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process customer requests: Process customer requests, forms, applications, and orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records: Maintain and update customer records in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Meet performance targets: Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
