Key Responsibilities
  • Actively promote the brand by serving as an ambassador for Carhartt, ensuring alignment with our corporate mission and values.
  • Deliver an exceptional retail experience with every customer interaction.
  • Foster genuine connections with customers by focusing on engaging, efficient, and personalized service while sharing the Carhartt story.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising and Standards to guarantee proper product display (sorting, folding, restocking, etc.).
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics, bringing your best self to work daily.
  • Engage in performance and talent management processes, remaining open to development, training, coaching, and feedback with a focus on growth.
  • Support leadership by maintaining operational standards and ensuring safety, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate as a team member to achieve or exceed overall store revenue goals.
  • Identify sales opportunities, providing tailored solutions for each customer and driving sales by exceeding expectations.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions
