Job Summary

Cirrus Aircraft is seeking an experienced training facilitator to join our Experience Learning and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing educational experiences that support the Cirrus customer experience standardization and training within Cirrus and across the Cirrus Authorized network.

Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver educational programs via classroom, webinar, or other virtual environments to support the Cirrus customer experience standardization and training
* Collaborate with the Cirrus Experience Manager, Learning and Development, and other Cirrus leaders to identify requirements needed for learning content development
* Conduct measurements of learning initiatives, programs, and materials; recommend improvements and adjustments to increase learning engagement and retention
* Assist in the creation of instructional videos, webinars, and presentations for HR-related initiatives
* Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
* Travel Requirements estimated up to 50%, including the potential need to travel internationally
* Company vehicle driving requirements estimated at 5%; must have a driver's license and acceptable driving record

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, education, human resources, or related area required
* 5+ years' experience in presenting, facilitating, and leading training, preferably in a luxury brand setting
* Ability to demonstrate sound judgment
* Proven creativity with experience in education
* Proven knowledge of traditional and modern learning techniques
* Proven knowledge of digital learning media (infographic, training videos, etc.)
* MS Office Suite proficient
* Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time
