Delivery Experience Advisor

Job Summary
The Associate Delivery Experience Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction for Cirrus Aircraft customers from the initial order to delivery and beyond. This position assists the Delivery Experience Account Managers in all aspects of the pre-delivery and delivery process, guaranteeing a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and expectations.
- Learn and understand the order configuration process, accurately recording orders in the Main List and cross-checking configurations.
- Master the use of SalesForce for recording orders and other essential tools.
- Assist with scheduling customer events at Cirrus, coordinating with necessary departments.
- Process payments, including initial deposits, progress payments, final payments, and Cirrus Bucks.
- Handle refund requests and cancellations efficiently.
- Communicate with customers regarding initial deposits and coordinate necessary actions.
- Prepare and present delivery documents to customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and revise checklists for proficiency, staying up-to-date with industry standards.
- Coordinate with finance companies to obtain necessary documents for funding.
- Provide primary back-up coverage for the front desk, handling tasks such as creating name badges, ordering lunches, and preparing training rooms.
- Order floor mats for customers, coordinating by delivery date and location.
- Set up subscriptions for customer deliveries.
- Assist with financially closing orders.
- Fulfill DEA deliveries when needed.
- Gather customer information for Garmin warranty setup and provide it as necessary.
- Coordinate N# and Aesthetics for unsold demo aircraft, ensuring timely information for production.
- Process production waterfall change requests when required.
- Serve as the primary contact for pre-owned partners regarding archived aircraft information.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Aviation, Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Additionally, 2 years of customer service, marketing, sales, hospitality, and/or aviation experience are required. Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and effective communication skills are essential. The ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
