Role Responsibilities

The Production Clerk is tasked with the proactive management of production reporting and the handling of material issue and return transactions. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and complete communication across all levels of the operations team.

Key responsibilities include:

* Utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

* Inputting shop floor data into the PRMS system.

* Maintaining daily reports on scrap, productivity, and downtime.

* Closing and managing all manufacturing work orders.

* Overseeing inventory reports related to inks, glues, and coatings.

* Reconciling inventory cycle counts and initiating necessary adjustments.

* Posting updates to the glass wall as required.

* Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures to ensure product safety for direct food contact.

* Reporting any product quality or food safety concerns to the Quality Coordinator or a member of the Management Team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

* A high school diploma.

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.

* 3-5 years of experience in a clerical role.

* Strong organizational and communication abilities.

* The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* A high level of sensitivity to confidential information.
