Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the hotel's operations, including supervising personnel, managing guest relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and equipped to provide exceptional guest service.
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure that all hotel operations are conducted in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of success in hotel operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire hotel staff.
