Key Responsibilities
  • Operate advanced machinery within the production area, including automated and robotic systems.
  • Follow established work processes as outlined in visual instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product integrity.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues related to machinery, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Handle materials efficiently to maintain product traceability, meeting quality and scheduling requirements.
  • Monitor equipment performance, perform daily inspections, and maintain accurate records of the manufacturing process.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as per maintenance schedules.
  • Adhere to safety and housekeeping protocols within the manufacturing environment.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Experience as a Machine Operator is preferred.
Work Schedule
  • Our work schedule follows a [2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off] pattern over a two-week pay period.
  • Example schedule: 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next, with built-in overtime.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage of $20.00.
  • Opportunities for overtime.

  • Comprehensive benefits package available after one week, including medical, dental, and vision options.
