Collections Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at PrincePerelson & Associates. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to collect overdue payments, assisting customers with finding the best payment plan for them, and accurately recording customer information into their accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments
  • Assist customers with finding the best payment plan for them
  • Accurately record customer information into their accounts
Requirements:
  • 1 year of collections experience is required
  • Ability to provide above and beyond service
  • Independent problem solver
  • Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI's and goals
  • Experience working with various computer programs
