Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Proficiency in Cost Estimation, Project Planning, and Project Controls at various levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate or execute cost estimate preparation, ensuring oversight and quality assurance for estimates related to Company operations and other builder operators
  • Prepare comparative Check Estimates and Schedules against submissions from Operated by Others (OBO) operators
  • Engage in estimate and schedule assessments to verify project cost and schedule foundations
  • Contribute to the efficiency tools and quality assurance review processes within the Estimating Group
  • Assist in establishing the baseline cost control system and documentation for projects
  • Generate forecasts, cost trend reports, and monitor budget forecasts across multiple projects
  • Report on financial deviations, including underruns and overruns, and recommend corrective actions as necessary
