Key Responsibilities

As a Roving Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting general maintenance tasks across multifamily apartment buildings.
  • Performing repairs related to electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
  • Assisting with cleaning and painting during tenant transitions.
  • Managing snow removal duties.
  • Maintaining professional communication with property management and residents.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency situations.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in apartment settings.
  • Customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the local market is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing stairs.
