Roustabout Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roustabout Lead to join our team at Almers Construction Inc. in the oilfield construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of roustabout crews on well sites.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, including skid steer, extended boom fork lift, and rubber tire backhoe.
• Manage regular inspections and perform maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare daily work tickets, documenting and approving work performed, materials used, and costs.
• Train and mentor new crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all types of weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
