Job Title: Finance Manager

Omron Automation is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic guidance to senior management, and driving business growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and finance teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of combined work experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis, with increased responsibility.
  • Experience managing the financial performance of an entire company or segment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning and analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
