About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gwynedd Manufacturing as an HR Business Partner. In this challenging role, you will provide strategic insight to drive business results and ensure that our HR practices support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with departmental leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Participate in full life cycle recruiting efforts and implement training programs tailored to enhance team capabilities.
  • Workforce Effectiveness: Implement and monitor HR initiatives to improve workforce effectiveness, analyze HR metrics, and advise management on decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting company culture and values.
  • Change Management: Act as a change agent, guiding teams through transitions and organizational changes.
  • HR Support: Serve as backup on all HR duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing Background: Must have manufacturing experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and various HRIS platforms.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnership roles.
  • Labor Laws and Regulations: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with management and staff.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality: Capacity to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Availability: Available to adjust schedule to meet business needs.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Paycom Experience: Experience operating in Paycom.
  • Payroll Processing: Payroll processing experience.
  • HR Compliance: Understanding of HR-related compliance, such as FMLA, ADA, Worker Comp, etc.
  • Education and Internship: BS in Human Resources or relevant field with internship or co-op experience.
  • Manufacturing Environment: Experience in a manufacturing environment.
