About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team for a 10-week internship program. As a Construction Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of industrial construction management, working closely with our pre-construction, production, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about the proposal and budgeting preparation process, basic pre-construction and estimating processes, and design-build vs. plan-spec approaches.">
  • Develop skills in drawing review, conceptual estimating, and subcontractor scope review and bid clarification.">
  • Participate in project rotations, including pre-construction, production, and field operations.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and manage time and prioritize tasks.">
  • Gain knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office, CMIC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.">

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.">
  • Able to work on-site, potentially in inclement weather, and spend extended periods at a desk or computer screen.">
  • Good communication and mathematical skills, with ability to problem-solve.">
