Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical authority for advanced communication systems, providing support and training to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Work closely with sales and product management to improve customer interactions before and after the sale.
  • Organize and lead training sessions and product demonstrations, customizing the experience to meet client needs.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including marketing resources and product updates.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure product compatibility and client satisfaction, and engage in strategic planning with sales and development teams.
  • Keep up with market trends, contributing to strategic decisions regarding product development and positioning.
  • Prepare and manage demonstration materials for events and client presentations.
  • Participate in company and industry events, promoting our product offerings and gathering market insights.
  • Influence product design and strategy by translating customer feedback into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to independently manage a diverse range of responsibilities with minimal oversight.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious objectives, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with enterprise CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in system demonstrations and client training for complex communication setups.
  • Technical knowledge in electronics or related fields, with a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Experience with tactical communication systems, ideally within a defense environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or a relevant technical field.
  • Capability to obtain or currently possess a DoD Security Clearance.
