Serenity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team in Queen Creek, AZ. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless clinic operations.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can provide top-notch customer service, manage patient information, and maintain a positive and respectful environment for all patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Update and verify patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Build rapport with patients, remember their names, interests, and stories to create a personalized experience.
- Address patient concerns, respect boundaries, and provide compassionate support.
- Rotate through various office tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient clinic operation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with basic math skills.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.
