Key Responsibilities:
  • Support opportunity qualification and identify goals/scope of the pilot and potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop a firm grasp of site water quality analysis and overall process design, including pre- and post-treatment.
  • Prepare antiscalant chemical projections and CCRO projections using WAVE and third-party software such as AWC Proton and Avista Advisor.
  • Participate in internal and external project kick-off meetings and prepare opportunity-specific pilot protocol.
  • Partner with the Pilot Coordinator and Customer Success Manager to order membrane elements, spacers, and consumables and to schedule logistics and field services to meet pilot schedules.
Qualifications:
  • BS or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.
  • Minimum of ten years work experience with at least five years' experience with reverse osmosis design, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience developing plans and schedules with well-defined milestones and outcomes.
