Job Title: Senior Games Technician

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a skilled Senior Games Technician to join our team. As a Senior Games Technician, you will be responsible for building, troubleshooting, and repairing our games, attractions, and technical equipment while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and repair complex game issues
* Collaborate with the Support Tech team to develop and implement game maintenance procedures
* Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all customers

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical repair and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and game technology
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
