Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Appraisers at Habitat Appraisal Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Appraisal team.

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

- Support the Real Estate team with their duties.

- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars.

- Assist with data entry and typing documents.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
