About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Thermal Engineer to lead our team in the development of advanced spacecraft thermal control systems. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the advancement of space exploration.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement thermal control systems for spacecraft
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate thermal-related risks
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in thermal engineering and analysis
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with spacecraft thermal design principles and practices
