Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services

- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making informed recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the sales team and achieving business objectives
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
