About the RoleThe Human Resources Director plays a critical role in implementing the company's HR strategy, providing guidance, tools, and support to local management teams. This position represents the HR function, demonstrating the highest level of integrity and sharing Transdev's vision and operating principles.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and work with the labor team as necessary.
- Implement learning initiatives for cross-functional cohesiveness and develop high-impact goals.
- Review and benchmark internal and external policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to management and employees.
- Maintain close contact with the Corporate HR team and functional departments to ensure HR strategies are aligned and properly implemented.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
