Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Supervisor to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for supervising the front desk staff to ensure excellent owner/guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure prompt and professional service to owners and guests.
  • Process all owner/guest check-ins, confirm reservations, and assign villas/rooms.
  • Process various payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in.
  • Anticipate and address owner/guest service needs.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional, pleasant personality.
