The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for ensuring that their experience is exceptional from the moment they walk into our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient intake, including checking in patients, verifying insurance, and processing paperwork.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing information about our services.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, sending faxes, and coordinating transportation for patients.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
