Job Responsibilities
The Patient Services Representative is responsible for performing patient interviews and obtaining medical information through telephone or face-to-face contact. This role requires excellent listening and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous medical terminology or background is preferred, but not required.
