About the Job

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, ensuring the highest level of comfort and safety for our patients.
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in health promotion, teaching, and training of family members to support patient care and well-being.
Requirements
  • Must have a valid LPN license in good standing in the state where you will practice.
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
