The Accounts Payable position at Camping World Holdings, Inc. is responsible for managing the collection and processing of vendor payments, maintaining vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort, review, and enter invoices with accurate GL coding and location
  • Review aged payables reports and trade payables reports by location
  • Prepare and process weekly accounts payable checks
  • Prepare and process trade payoffs, consignment payments, and other checks as needed
  • Maintain vendor/invoice analysis and intercompany invoices
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain vendor relations
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned to benefit the department
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of computer software applications, including calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of interpersonal skills to resolve A/P issues
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • High level of poise, tact, and diplomacy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
