The Sleep Disorder Specialist at Wood County Hospital performs the process of assessment, monitoring and recording of physiologic data for the diagnosis of sleep disordered conditions.


Key Responsibilities:
Interpret all phases of testing levels, lead and disorder identification; scoring capability a plus

Effective use of computer software programs used by Sleep Lab

Knowledgeable of all Sleep Lab equipment

Documents client information, testing data and client education according to department policy and procedure

Communicates client and lab information in a concise, timely, courteous and accurate manner with physicians, co-workers, supervisors, client and client's families

Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)

BLS through the American Heart Association
