Key Responsibilities:
  • Change and refresh all bedding and towels.
  • Thoroughly sanitize and maintain all restroom facilities.
  • Dust and wipe down all surfaces within guest rooms, including windows, mirrors, electronics, and furniture.
  • Vacuum and mop all flooring.
  • Restock room supplies and amenities.
  • Ensure all rooms meet company cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain personal work area by keeping it stocked with necessary supplies.

Guest Interaction:
  • Provide assistance to guests whenever possible.
  • Address and resolve any customer service issues that arise.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding hotel policies and services.
  • Follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction with accommodations.
  • Act as a positive representative of the hotel.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols for guest protection.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily housekeeping reports.
  • Notify the appropriate staff when rooms are ready for new guests.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
