Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at XL Parts LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and pay the biweekly payroll for more than 800 employees, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
  • Gather and analyze payroll data for inclusion in financial statements and reports, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Maintain the time, attendance, vacation, sick leave, and time-off system, resolving manager and employee issues efficiently.
  • Handle 401(k) filings and administration, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Process unemployment paperwork and insurance for terminated employees, minimizing disruptions.
  • Assist employees with their health and benefits enrollment, promoting employee well-being.
  • File multiple worksite reports, 1099s, EEOC, etc., maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Support the HR Manager with Workers Compensation payroll verifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager on FMLA, LTD & STD processes, and paperwork, upholding organizational values.
Requirements:
  • A high school degree, GED (General Educational Development) certification, or equivalency is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Paycom experience is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of personnel recruitment, selection, compensation, and benefits principles is essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information is crucial.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on tact and respect.
  • Commitment to integrity, work ethic, and organizational values.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
