About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven professional with experience in benefit administration on the corporate side. You'll be responsible for managing relationships with benefits brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee benefit administration, including health and wellness programs, 401k plans, and compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA regulations.
  • Develop and implement benefit strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing benefits programs, preferably in a multi-company setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce preferred.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
