Role Summary:

  • Title: Junior Windows Systems Administrator and Desktop Support Specialist
  • Delivers comprehensive software and hardware assistance to both on-site and remote users.
  • Involves support for MS Windows operating systems and Office Suite applications, hardware diagnostics and repairs, desktop imaging, and deployment, as well as LAN connectivity.
  • Establishes systems for patch management and updates, oversees various infrastructure components independently, and participates in strategic planning efforts.
  • Investigates emerging technologies for potential integration within the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of pertinent experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing MS Windows systems, overseeing infrastructure operations, hardware troubleshooting, network management, and automation processes.

Compensation Range: $68,131.36
