  • Administer and maintain MS Windows operating systems and related software within a complex computer environment.

  • Network administration, security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Design and operational support of infrastructure systems with minimal supervision.
  • Identification of organizational needs and research and development of solutions to address these needs.
  • Scripting languages and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree or higher in a relevant area of study plus 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communications and customer service skills with the ability to provide top-tier customer support to the local user community.
  • Prior experience in administering and maintaining MS Windows operating systems and related software within a complex computer environment.
  • Experience in managing, monitoring, and ensuring the availability of infrastructure systems and servers.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair of desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Experience in network administration, security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Experience in designing and operational support of infrastructure systems with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in scripting languages and automation.
