About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to join our Retail Wireless team at DISH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management: Lead negotiations with OEM partners to secure funding promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives that align with Boost Mobile's strategic objectives.
  • Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for promotions, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Financial and Contract Management: Develop financial models for negotiations, ensure agreements meet financial targets and compliance, and manage contract execution and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product management, marketing, and sales teams to implement promotions, coordinate with legal and finance departments, and support the VP of Product with business cases and project management.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of promotions and offers, update senior leadership on outcomes and impact, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance and Execution: Ensure all agreements are compliant and financially sound, manage ongoing compliance with OEM partners, and support leaders with task management related to negotiations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in negotiation and relationship management with OEMs, particularly in the wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, strong project management skills, and knowledge of the wireless industry, including pricing, rate plans, and market trends.
