Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Prepare and distribute pre-event communications to exhibitors and sponsors
- Oversee daily operations within the exhibit management platform, Map Your Show
- Collaborate with GSC to create the Exhibitor Kit
- Partner with the Exhibit/Sponsorship sales team to ensure fulfillment of benefits, including drafting and maintaining a deliverables tracking grid
- Source promotional items such as tote bags, lanyards, and other merchandise
- Organize and maintain departmental files
- Perform additional duties as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in event management
- Familiarity with the association market and multi-client environments is a plus
- Experience with Map Your Show is advantageous
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the events industry
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%, primarily in 4-5 day blocks
