Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Psychiatry Account Manager to join our team at Lundbeck. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, biology, or chemistry.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a specialty product sales force.
  • Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience, including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
  • Documented successful sales performance, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute fully integrated account plans.
  • Experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
